Here’s an IGN article dissecting some images from the Fallout 4 trailer. This seems to confirm the rumour that the game will take place in Boston and its surroundings.
Here are the identified locations so far, with their real life counterparts to compare:
The Paul Revere statue
The Massachussets State House
The USS Constitution
The Bunker Hill Monument

No country in particular, I take it
What do you mean, no country? The Fallout games always took place in a devastated version of the United States.
Ah, thanks c: I wouldn’t know, I’ve never played any
You should try Fallout 3! You can get it on PC or Xbox 360 for a very low price and with all the expansion packs.
It’s a great immersive game with a lot of content.
